PharmEIA™ Generic ADA Kit

For the immunogenicity analysis of preclinical antibody therapeutic products, Creative Diagnostics has developed generic anti-drug antibody (ADA) immunoassay kits using specially designed reagents tailored for preclinical immunogenicity studies.

These reagents are compatible with various IgG subtypes of antibody therapeutics, ensuring high detection sensitivity and robust drug tolerance. In the meantime, this generic mouse ADA assay can be readily used in conjunction with pharmacokinetics and toxicity studies to give insights into unexpected clearance profiles together with safety or efficacy issues caused by formation of immune complexes. This product will significantly reduce the development cycle of preclinical bioanalytical methods, provide reliable ADA (Anti-Drug Antibody) detection data, and accelerate the product development process.
